Why Early Access?

“We are two developers and we would like to build a community during development to get feedback/suggestions and offer our players the horror game they want to have. This has proven to work pretty good in the time after the demo release and we are sure that it will work even better during Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Plans are to exit Early Access 12 months after its launch. However, we aim for very high quality for a variety of chapters. Due to this it might take some more time.

UPDATE: A lot of our time has been flowing into projects that ended up unexpectedly popular. Works on Chapter 2 are still ongoing!”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“One of the most important parts of our game are multiple AI creatures that are constantly improved. We already offer a variety of behaviours and we would like to expand the AI behaviours and improve them further. Also, we want to keep adding a lot of story elements to the game as well as different paranormal objects with their own effects. During Early Access, we would like to add up to six big locations that each tells you a part of the (back-)story. Each big location will be part of a story chapter. As another important point during Early Access, we want to optimize our Virtual Reality support as well as optimizing the game in general to its best.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state involves all five different investigators with different skillsets, 3 investigative gadgets, over 15 additional different items and one open world map with various locations. We want the Early Access state to be enjoyable as a great taste of what the full game will be. This being said, we have implemented the intro chapter and one full story chapter. Additionally, you can find more story elements distributed on the map. Also, we offer an as polished experience as we can even during Early Access with features like controller support and Virtual Reality support already implemented for the beginning of Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Each new implemented chapter might increase the price by a small bit. The full price will not be much higher than the price during Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have a Discord server where we collect suggestions and other feedback of our players. This way the players influence every step of the game directly. We want the game to be an experience we can enjoy together!”
