  Q: Why did I receive a different bag than expected with the Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition?

  A

  We are finalizing manufacturing plans for replacement canvas bags for the Fallout 76: Power Armor Edition. If you purchased the CE, please complete the "Power Armor Edition Bag Replacement Form" located here by May 3rd, 2019. Customers approved for a replacement will also receive 500 complimentary ATOMS.

  If the link above does not work, please follow the additional instructions located here on the Bethesda Support website.

  When attaching proof of purchase to your Power Armor Edition Bag Replacement Request Form, please make sure it adheres to each of the following requirements:
  • Your proof of purchase should be an image of your receipt or invoice from your retailer. To avoid upload issues, please use an image file format (such as .jpg or .png).
  • Your image must include your legibly hand-written full name, Bethesda.net username, and your email address on the receipt or on a separate piece of paper. A photo of your digital receipt that includes that information is also acceptable.
  • A photo of Power Armor Edition items in your possession is not acceptable proof of purchase.

  If you have purchased multiple copies of the Power Armor Edition, you will need to complete the form once per copy purchased.

  It is important that you use the correct email address, Bethesda.net username and full name associated with each game purchased in the form and attached proof of purchase images.

  If you do not have your proof of purchase, you or the person who made the purchase should contact your authorized retailer and request a copy of your receipt.

  You can log into My Support to check on the status of your ticket.

  Q: DO I NEED AN XBOX LIVE GOLD OR PLAYSTATION PLUS MEMBERSHIP TO PLAY FALLOUT 76?

  Yes, you will need a subscription to Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus to play Fallout 76 on console.

  Q: DO I NEED A BETHESDA.NET ACCOUNT TO PLAY FALLOUT 76?

  A

  Yes, you will need a Bethesda.net account to play on any platform. Signing up for a free account is quick and easy!

  Console players can also sign up for a Bethesda.net account directly in-game.

  Q: I PRE-ORDERED THE TRICENTENNIAL EDITION. WHERE CAN I FIND MY ITEMS?

  Your Tricentennial edition items will be craftable at a workbench.

  Q: WHAT ARE ATOMS?

  A

  While you play Fallout 76, you’ll earn a currency called Atoms by completing various gameplay challenges and achievements. This currency can be used to acquire in-game cosmetic customization items for your character, earnable entirely by playing the game.

  Atoms can also be purchased separately for real money if you so choose.

  Creating a Bethesda.net account is fast and easy. Go to https://account.bethesda.net/en/join and follow the instructions on the page. When setting up your Bethesda.net account, we recommend using an email that is already associated with your Xbox One or PlayStation gamertag to make getting access and updates even easier.
